Modellers Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox

Enrolments for the Modeller’s Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox are now open. Master the art of programming dynamical systems in Matlab using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. This online course is for researchers, students and instructors who wish to build their own models. Each step is explained in a short video lecture with a practical focus on programming techniques. Topics include Ordinary Differential Equations (ODEs), Delay Differential Equations (DDEs), Stochastic Differential Equations (SDEs), Partial Differential Equations (PDEs), model-specific plotting functions and command-line tools.
