Final call for the Modeller’s Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. This is an online course for researchers, students and instructors who wish to build custom dynamical models using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. The course has a practical focus on programming bespoke models and visualising the dynamics. Topics include Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations, Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases. Study time is 8 hours.
