This is an online course for researchers, students and instructors who wish to build custom dynamical models using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. The course has a practical focus on programming bespoke models and visualising the dynamics. Topics include Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations, Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases. Study time is 8 hours.
