*The Virtual Brain: Node#9 Workshop* 31 August 2019 Warsaw, Poland This workshop will explain the fundamental principles of full brain network modelling using the open-source neuroinformatics platform The Virtual Brain (TVB) <https://www.thevirtualbrain.org/>. This simulation environment enables the biologically realistic modelling of brain network dynamics using connectome-based approaches across different brain scales. Researchers from different backgrounds can benefit from an integrative software platform including a simulation core written in Python and a supporting framework for data management. The workshop is organized with interleaved oral presentation and hands-on sessions. The hands-on sessions will let you immediately apply the concepts from the lectures to your simulations in TVB.
