The Virtual Brain: Node#9 Workshop

This workshop will explain the fundamental principles of full brain network modelling using the open-source neuroinformatics platform The Virtual Brain (TVB). This simulation environment enables the biologically realistic modelling of brain network dynamics using connectome-based approaches across different brain scales.

Researchers from different backgrounds can benefit from an integrative software platform including a simulation core written in Python and a supporting framework for data management. 

The workshop is organized with interleaved oral presentation and hands-on sessions. The hands-on sessions will let you immediately apply the concepts from the lectures to your simulations in TVB. 

The TVB Node#9 is an official training course of the Neuroinformatics2019 holding on September 1-2, also in Warsaw.
