Dear colleagues, We are running an hands-on workshop on two open-source Python packages for systems neuroscience, held at the Flatiron Institute in New York City from January 26 to January 28, 2027: - *Pynapple*, for loading, manipulating, and analyzing neural and behavioral time series. - *NeMoS*, for statistical modeling of neural activity, including generalized linear models (GLMs) and GLM-HMMs. *Application Deadline: *November 22, 2026 The workshop combines lectures with hands-on coding sessions on real datasets. Details and registration: https://www.simonsfoundation.org/events/ccn-software-workshop-2027/ *Workshops at your institution* Next year we also plan to teach shorter, more focused versions of the workshop at host universities. The host takes care of the logistics (room, recruiting and coordinating attendees), and members of our team teach the material. If you would like us to teach at your department or PhD program, or want more information, please reply to this email. Please forward this message to anyone who may be interested.
