We are running an hands-on workshop on two open-source Python packages for systems neuroscience, held at the Flatiron Institute in New York City from January 26 to January 28, 2027:

• Pynapple, for loading, manipulating, and analyzing neural and behavioral time series.
• NeMoS, for statistical modeling of neural activity, including generalized linear models (GLMs) and GLM-HMMs.

The workshop combines lectures with hands-on coding sessions on real datasets.

Workshops at your institution

Next year we also plan to teach shorter, more focused versions of the workshop at host universities. The host takes care of the logistics (room, recruiting and coordinating attendees), and members of our team teach the material.
