Dear Colleagues, I am writing to bring to your attention a growing and highly active computational neuroscience community at the University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine. We are actively recruiting prospective PhD students and welcome inquiries from candidates with a range of disciplinary backgrounds. The University of Colorado offers three distinct doctoral pathways for those interested in computational neuroscience: -The Neuroscience Program <https://www.cuanschutz.edu/graduate-programs/neuroscience/home> (biology-focused) - The Computational Bioscience Program <https://www.cuanschutz.edu/graduate-programs/computational-bioscience/home> (computationally focused) - The Biomedical Engineering Program <https://engineering.ucdenver.edu/bioengineering/graduate-programs/phd-in-bio...> with Neuroengineering Certificate (engineering-oriented) Our computational neuroscience faculty include Laureline Logiaco, Chris Cueva, and Tahra Eissa, with additional principal investigators currently recruiting. Students in our community pursue rigorous, interdisciplinary research at the intersection of computation and neuroscience, with access to collaborative resources and community across all three programs. We encourage you to share this announcement with strong candidates from your departments or networks who may be considering doctoral study in this area. Please do not hesitate to reach out with any questions. Best, Tahra Eissa, PhD Assistant Professor University of Colorado Anschutz School of Medicine tahra.eissa@cuasnchutz.edu
