An NIH-funded Postdoc or Software Developer position is now available in the Dura-Bernal Lab<http://dura-bernal.org/> at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences (Brooklyn, New York). The position is focused on multiscale modeling of the brain, more specifically, developing a co-simulation interface between the NetPyNE<http://dura-bernal.org/www.netpyne.org> and The Virtual Brain<http://dura-bernal.org/www.thevirtualbrain.org> (TVB) tools, which will link the molecular, cellular, circuit and whole-brain network scales.
