An NIH-funded Postdoc or Software Developer position is now available in the Dura-Bernal Lab at the State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences (Brooklyn, New York). The position is focused on multiscale modeling of the brain, more specifically, developing a co-simulation interface between the NetPyNE and The Virtual Brain (TVB) tools, which will link the molecular, cellular, circuit and whole-brain network scales. The resulting multiscale models will help interpret experimental data ranging from single cell recordings and LFP up to EEG and fMRI.
