Dear colleagues, We would like to invite participation in the DOSE-I Challenge, an ICASSP 2027 Signal Processing Grand Challenge on forecasting changes in responsiveness during propofol sedation from frontal EEG. Participants predict future MOAA/S approximately 60 s ahead from pre-index physiological data. The challenge is based on the recently released DOSE-I dataset, the first public large-scale EEG-based multimodal dataset of continuous propofol sedation with temporally dense annotation of sedation depth.
