Dear all, I am very pleased to announce the availability of my brand new MATLAB toolbox to detect directed dynamical influences among time series. This new open source software implements four entropy estimators in both uniform and non-uniform embedding approaches. MuTE can perform analyses running some or all methods in parallel sessions. The user should only set the parameters related to the kind of analysis and the specific method/s chosen to assess the directed dynamical influences.
