Call for postdoctoral researcher in Kyoto university: Neuro-imaging with endoscope microscopy
Dear Colleagues, We are seeking highly motivated post doctoral researchers working for a project (from 2017 October to 2023 March) developing neuro-imaging with endoscope microscopy to reveal to reveal function of corticostriatal circuit of mouse brain. We require a candidate with solid background on one of the following topics: local circuit model of neurons, neural basis of reinforcement leaning, and signal processing of neuronal activity. For this position, basic qualifications include PhD in relevant fields with proven track record of peer-reviewed publications, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and/or Japanese. The researcher will participate in the project with our researchers from various backgrounds including computational neuroscience, systems biology, bioinformatics, mathematical engineering, and machine learning. Our laboratory is also collaborating with Advanced Telecommunications Research Institute International (ATR), University of Tokyo, Okinawa institute of science and technology (OIST), RIKEN Brain Science Institute, and other international laboratories.
