The laboratories of Bevil Conway (at NIH) and Dan Butts (at University of Maryland) are seeking a brilliant postdoc to study high-acuity vision, combining large-scale electrophysiology and "deep" computational modeling. The position is split between the labs, and involves both experimental neurophysiology and data-driven computational models and analyses. Our labs are in the Washington DC area (about 30-min apart) and accessible on the metro from downtown. Prior experience (broadly speaking) is recommended.
