Toolkit in Using the FLUX Pipeline for MEG Research Join us for an immersive learning experience using the FLUX pipeline for MEG data analysis Toolkit at the Centre for Human Brain Health at the University of Birmingham from 11th -14th June 2024. The FLUX pipeline<https://www.neuosc.com/single-project>, is an approach for analysing Magnetoencephalography (MEG) data using state-of-of-the art approaches and standards. Whether you are a newcomer to research using MEG or a healthcare professional integrating MEG into clinical practice, this course is designed to elevate your skills and advance your research capabilities. · Gain practical skills: Learn to streamline data preprocessing, event-related field spectral analysis, source modelling, multi-variate pattern analysis and reporting using the FLUX pipeline. This pipeline is based on the widely used MNE-Python toolbox. · Enhance research practices: Learn the embraces practices for data curation (BIDS), reproducible research, open science, and standardized reporting empowering you to publish reliable and transparent findings. · Cognitive Neuroscience and Clinical research: Learn how the FLUX pipeline is used in our MEG research projects. · Engage in interactive learning: Connect with world-leading experts and fellow attendees in discussions, exercises, and networking opportunities, fostering valuable collaborations and knowledge exchange.
