Call for applications for training and mentoring cohort in open science (OLS-7) [corrected]
Dear Comp-Neuro colleagues, The OLS-7 program run by Open Life Science is open for applications. Open Life Science is a non-profit organisation, registered in UK and providing structured global training, consulting and mentoring and community of practice. *Purpose*: Training for early stage researchers and young leaders interested in furthering their Open Science skills. Not limited to Life science and science. Community projects are very welcomed as well. *Process*: A 16-week mentoring & training program, based on the Mozilla Open Leader program, helping participants in becoming Open Science ambassadors by using three principles: - Sharing essential knowledge required to create, lead, and sustain an Open Science project. - Connecting members across different communities, backgrounds, and identities by creating space in this program for them to share their experiences and expertise. - Empowering them to become effective Open Science ambassadors in their communities. ** Program is free, but requires registration in Openreview and application (simple one!) with a project where you would like to apply open skills ** You can check the recording of the application launch call from December 10th on Open Life Science youtube channel: https://youtu.be/shM2mVyLjxU And feel free to pop by on January 11th at the Application Clinic (Q&A) call.
