Dear all, The University of Sherbrooke (Quebec, Canada), is currently seeking female doctoral candidates and young doctoral graduates for the Claire-Deschênes postdoctoral fellowship competition. This unique opportunity aims to promote postdoctoral training for women leading to a professorship position in engineering at the University de Sherbrooke. We encourage submissions in the emerging fields of systems-neuroscience, computational neuroscience, and neuromorphic computing. Candidates from other fields of Computer Engineering will also be considered such as software aspects for new architectures (distributed, heterogeneous, neuromorphic and quantum); artificial intelligence; standalone systems; information security; formal methods. Any other relevant field may be considered. The candidate will demonstrate the ability to teach several subjects (C and C++ programming systems, networking and programmable logic) and present their vision for teaching information technology to engineering students.
