Dear Neuroscience Community, We are pleased to announce the publication of a paper describing OptiNiSt (Optical Neuroimage Studio), a new open-source framework for calcium imaging data analysis. OptiNiSt was developed as part of the AMED(Japan Agency for Medical Research and Development) Brain/MINDS project.
