Two postdocs open positions : experimental and theoretical neuroscience

Within the framework of a collaboration between the labs of Germán Sumbre (Ecole Normale Supérieure, Paris) and Carina Curto (Pennsylvania state university), we are looking for two postdocs to study neuronal circuits with attractor dynamics in zebrafish larvae.

1) An experimental postdoc to conduct light-sheet Ca2+ imaging and optogenetics.  Computational or programming skills will be necessary for the analysis of high-dimensional large datasets.

2) A theoretical postdoc with mathematical skills to analyse the data using topological data analysis and modelling.

For more information on the experimental part you can contact Germán Sumbre (sumbre@ens.fr www.zebrain.biologie.ens.fr), or Carina Curto for the theoretical position (cpc16@psu.edu https://sites.psu.edu/mathneurolab/people/)
