We are excited to announce the workshop
Linking structure, dynamics and function in neuronal networks: old challenges and new directions
at CNS*2025 on the mornings of July 8 and 9 in Florence, Italy.
This workshop provides a platform to discuss possible approaches for integrating the fundamental aspects of structure, dynamics, and function. In particular, the workshop aims to identify the properties of neural networks that make them suitable models for neural computation. Additionally, it seeks to define a minimal set of features leading to functional neural networks, thereby addressing conserved evolutionary principles.
