Sensory & Motor Plasticity (SAMP) Lab — Georgetown University, Washington, DC

The SAMP Lab (PI: Ella Striem-Amit) investigates how experience shapes brain organization by studying people born with blindness, deafness, or without hands, using behavioral paradigms, computational methods, and state-of-the-art fMRI analyses. For more information, see samp-lab.facultysite.georgetown.edu.

We seek a Postdoctoral Fellow to lead projects on individual differences in brain plasticity in congenital blindness or deafness. This includes testing how lived experience and compensatory strategies shape neural organization.
