Modeller’s Workshop for the Brain Dynamics Toolbox
Online Course. Enrolments open 1-18 July 2021.
This is a self-paced online course for researchers and students who wish to program their own dynamical models using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox (
bdtoolbox.org).
Participants learn the art of programming differential equations to simulate neuronal dynamics. Topics include programming Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations, Auxiliary
Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases. Study time is 8 hours.
