- BrainGlobe (species-agnostic computational neuroanatomy)
- Extracellular Electrophysiology (using SpikeInterface to process probe data)
Each week starts with a symposium on the Monday afternoon, followed by 3 days of hands-on training, then 2 days of collaborative hacking, bringing together researchers and engineers to use, and improve neuroscience open source software.
