Learn the art of programming differential equations in Matlab using the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. This is an on-line course for modellers who wish to simulate their own dynamical systems using the graphical toolbox. Participants are taken step-by-step through the process of programming differential equations and solving them numerically. Participants learn to program custom systems of Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations and Stochastic Differential Equations. Example code is provided in all cases.
