Dear colleagues,

I'm writing to share an opportunity for computational neuroscientists interested in leveraging open neurophysiology datasets for novel research.

The DANDI Archive now hosts over 450 neurophysiology datasets in the Neurodata Without Borders (NWB) format, spanning multiple species, brain regions, behavioral tasks, and recording modalities. These include datasets from the Allen Institute OpenScope, the MICrONS project, and the International Brain Laboratory Brain Wide Map.

NeuroDataReHack is a hands-on workshop training researchers to effectively use the DANDI Archive and NWB standard for secondary analysis. Projects may include cross-validating findings across species and brain regions, testing analysis methods on independent datasets, or investigating new questions using existing high-quality data.
