Fully-funded PhD studentship:
Neuro-inspired medical image processing based on hardware implementation.
Applications are invited for a fully-funded PhD studentship (£13,750 pa for three years), to conduct research into neuro-inspired medical image processing. The project will develop new computational models of visual system for medical image processing, based on recent ideas from computer vision, spatial statistics and time-series analysis. The models will be implemented in an embedded hardware platform.
