postdoctoral and Ph.D.
positions in theoretical and computational neuroscience or
experimental
neurophysiology are available at the Ben-Gurion University,
Be'er-Sheva,
Israel.
We
are looking for highly motivated
post-doctoral fellows and PhD students to lead projects aiming
to explore the rodent
whisker somatosensory system, the visual system, and possible
applications to
robotics. Fellows and students will participate in collaborative
research combining
neurophysiology and computational neuroscience with emphasis on
the dynamic
transformation of sensory information along the sensory pathways
at the
brainstem, thalamic and cortical levels, as well as
sensory-motor control.
