We are seeking for a highly motivated PhD candidate to join the Action Prediction Lab at the School of Psychology, University of Aberdeen, Scotland. The position is for 4 years and includes a collaboration with the Action Recognition and Concepts Lab at CIMeC, University of Trento, Italy.

Project description:

Humans are able to perspective-take and visualise how a scene looks from other locations in space and from the perspective of people in these locations. However, the cognitive and brain mechanisms that underpin this fundamental ability are unclear. Here, we will use model-based univariate and multivariate EEG and fMRI decoding techniques to reveal how people take perspectives different from their own.
