Master the art of programming differential equations in Matlab with the Brain Dynamics Toolbox. This online course is for researchers, students and instructors who wish to use the toolbox to build their own dynamical models. Every step of the
process is demonstrated in a short video lecture with a practical focus on programming techniques. Topics include programming Ordinary Differential Equations, Partial Differential Equations, Delay Differential Equations, Stochastic Differential Equations,
Auxiliary Plot Functions and command-line tools. Example code is provided in all cases. Study time is 8 hours.
