I'm opening a postdoc position in my group in Aarhus University to work in collaboration with Oxford (Steve Smith and Mark Woolrich) and Cambridge (Rik Henson) on machine learning models to characterise between-subject variability in brain dynamics. The ultimate goal is to leverage these models to achieve a better stratification of existing diagnoses and clinical information. We will apply these models on the different modalities in the UK Biobank, Cam-CAN and BioFIND datasets, leveraging concepts that lie in between the supervised and unsupervised learning paradigms.
